1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States.

Orders are fulfilled through our shipping and fulfillment partners. Our current standard shipping method for US orders may include YUN-Fast-Electro or an equivalent tracked shipping service.

2. Order Processing Time

Estimated processing time is 1–3 days for most orders.

Processing time means the time required to confirm, prepare, pack, and dispatch your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that processing may take longer during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, supplier delays, or unexpected fulfillment disruptions.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time after dispatch is 5–8 days.

This means that after your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 5–8 days.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is usually 6–11 days from the order date for most orders.

This includes:

- Processing time: 1–3 days
- Shipping time after dispatch: 5–8 days

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping, promotional shipping, or discounted shipping from time to time. Any shipping promotion may be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Incorrect shipping information
- Local delivery disruptions
- Fulfillment partner delays

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update and, where required, provide you with the option to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a refund.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@puddle.store and we will help you review the issue.

We may ask you to check with the carrier, neighbors, building management, or local delivery office before a replacement or refund is considered.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us at support@puddle.store.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@puddle.store.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

12. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment process.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

13. Pre-Orders or Backorders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
